Drums & Percussion

Drum kits

Drum sets consists out of a selection of drums including the bass drum or kick drum (lowest pitch), floor tom, hanging toms, and snare drum, set up on stands to be played by a drummer. Drums are made from wooden shells covered with drum skins on both sides. The drums get played by beating them with drumsticks and using your feet on the pedals.

Most Beginner drum sets come with a throne and cymbals, and 5 piece drums.

Cymbals

A cymbal is a circular metal flat or concave plate that gets beaten with a drumstick. You get a wide range of different sizes and sounds. Crashes, rides, splashes and effects.

The 20″ AAX Heavy Crash introduces a whole new palette of sound to the AAX line. A larger raw bell adds more meat for more projection and higher pitch.
